Small-batch wines crafted from dry-farmed vines on the western slopes of Paso Robles. No shortcuts. No compromises. Just terroir you can taste in every pour.
Cypher Winery sits on the sun-drenched western slopes of Paso Robles, where limestone-rich soils and afternoon coastal breezes create conditions that demand patience from the vine and intention from the winemaker.
We don't chase trends. We chase balance — the kind that comes from dry-farming old-vine Zinfandel, letting Cabernet breathe in French oak, and giving each parcel the time it needs to express what this land actually is. The result is wine that tastes like somewhere specific, not somewhere generic.
Each label is a study in place — from the mineral-driven whites to the powerful reds that define this appellation.
Dark cherry, blackberry compote, and a whisper of graphite. Aged 18 months in French oak — structured but approachable even young.
